We service all of Houston & surrounding areas! BUT, we can and will travel further if you bring us to you!
Unfortunately with these gas prices, we do have to charge a travel fee. Please keep in mind our travel fee helps us get to and from setting up your event and picking it up!

We reply to all inquiries during our office hours of Monday-Thursdays from 8am-6pm. Friday-Sunday are our working days so please expect a response by Monday or Tuesday.
We only pickup same day if your event was hosted in a restaurant, venue, or park. Late night pickup fees may apply.
Bounce castle rentals are picked up same day, no exceptions, before 10pm.
All of our packages require a non refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit books your date and everything included into your package. Remaining balances are due no later than one week prior to your event date.
Rental services require a non refundable deposit of 50%. This deposit secures your rental item and date. Remaining balances are due no later than 2 days before your event date.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
All of our deposits are non refundable, but we understand things do happen. We always push our clients into rescheduling their event in order for you not to lose your deposit. Deposits can be transferred to a later date up to 12 months, if you decide to reschedule your event. But please note you must let us know in writing at least 2 weeks before your event date if you wish to reschedule. Otherwise you may be at risk to lose your deposit.
Any additional payments made are refundable if you decide to cancel. Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to your event date in order to receive refund of the additional payments.
